I'm going to step out on a limb and guess that having "issues" means someone is giving you crap for whatever reason (girl not liking you back, other guys being jerks, so on and so forth). first of all, you are a very attractive young man. I'm 25 and not a pedophile, so I can't describe you as "hot" but you are definitely not ugly. second, if someone is giving giving you crap and it IS because of something about your looks, then screw 'em. don't let other peoples' bs make you feel insecure about yourself.

It's not because of your looks. And why do you have to be 'ugly' or 'hot', can't you be normally attractive?
If somebody is making you feel bad supposedly because of your appearance they are idiots and you shouldn't even be paying attention to them.
If you feel you are not managing with something (love, friendship, other people you are interacting with) , as I've said you look fine so look for something else - some particular behaviour you should improve? Are you not self-confident enough, or the opposite, do you come across as too assertive? Are you sharing some values/opinions with the people you are interacting with? Do you have interesting things to say?
You can't tell a character from the photo, but still I would say you give me the impression of a perfectly normal and nice guy, so if someone has told you something about your appearance to hurt you ignore them. :)

There's nothing wrong with your looks at all. Hot depends a lot on what you wear and how you act, so you could be hot, I don't know. I bet you are cute when you smile, so you should smile! You have great hair, and you should let it grow a little more because the short cut is emphasizing your ears and nose. The hat is a definite no, but your dark-brown eyes are a plus.

i think your okay looking. i mean, i think you need some more muscles. you definitely arent ugly. out of 1-10, ur a 7 probly.
