Do not compliment her appearance; she has given you a clear boundary which you must respect. This goes for all women, but in this case their are legal implications to your impulses.

If she said you had to stop flirting, that's exactly what she meant. It's nice that you think she is interesting and attractive, but as long as she is your teacher, your actions and your attitude is going to make life very difficult for her. Even though you are both of age, she is still in a position of authority over you (she is responsible for giving you your marks) and it is ethicaly wrong for someone in that position to have a relationship with a student.
Follow her lead, finish the class -- and then you can come back and tell her how great you think she is. Once she is no longer your teacher, you are free to strike up whatever relationship pleases you both.

You are both of legal consenting age. However, consent is required on both sides, and it seems as though she isn't consenting in this situation. Also, consider that she has a PhD or at least a Masters if this is a community college class, and you don't even know how to spell 'teacher', use the proper form of 'you're' or use proper punctuation. There seems to be a variance of intellect here.

Definitely respect the professor's request to stop flirting. Otherwise she could press sexual harassment charges.
There's a time and a place for everything. Obviously the classroom is not the time or place. Once you have completed the class, you might act on your feelings but outside of class/school.

If she put the brakes on, you need to stop. Technically you are both consenting adults, and even though you see her as an authority figure, you have to respect her wishes. Not because she is your teacher, but becasue she asked.

No, you will make he uncomfortable. And since she already asked you to stop, she may get angry. Think about it -- continuing to give her unwanted attention would be selfish, really. I kniow you're attracted to her, but if you keep it up other people are going to notice and you'll look bad.
