My computer was running really slow, it wouldn't log on and it would freeze up. The program Antivir said I had a trojan but my other program (norton) did not. They are both updated daily. I disabled Antivir and now the computer is running fine. Whats going on?

You should only run one anti virus/security program at a time. Using both at the same time was probably screwing things up. I'd keep the Norton if I were you.

i disable my virus program when i want to play games on my computer and i'm not online. you are not vulnerable to online viruses that way and sure, your computer will work faster. these antivirus programs take up a lot of the computer's "energy", i'd say.
