Easy

Get yourself a Ethernet crossover cable and network the two and just copy your music over. How to do it.

On you Mac go to preferences, sharing/services and firewall and enable "Windows Sharing" Make sure your music folder on your PC is set to allow it to share as well. (right click, share)

Now on you Mac, in the finder select "Go", "Connect to Server" and browse for your PC, find your music files and drag them into your Mac.....Walla......It's that easy!

You can also buy a PC to Mac Migration tool that will do all this for you.

you need to establish a close-by document server between the computers which could be shared between the computers. If I remember properly you could set a partition to be classed as shared in residing house windows which will enable particular purchasers (study mac) to study and/or write documents as though it have been interior reach on the mac. the turn away is that the two computers could could be on in case you had to circulation music, with all stable merchants now promoting DRM loose it is extra easy to maintain your music on the two drives (hdd area is low priced those days -even exterior) and use a close-by community or exterior media to pass songs.
