My mom and I go to an exercise class and i offered to make a CD, since our other one is getting kind of boring. No classical or hard rock. But everyhting else is okay also long as it is mostly upbeat, i also need a few kind of slow songs.

"Shake" by the Ying Yang Twins. Great for work outs! I also like the idea of B.O.B by Outcast. Another great work out song.

okay start off with a song thats Really upbeat that makes you want to dance like i dunno what you really like maybe
life is a highway by Rascal Flatts or Honkytonk badonkadock or bring me to life by Evanescence than maybe keep going with some up beat songs that when you listen to them in a row you like it for slw song to liek strach to you might try My Stupid mouth by John Mayer or LIps of an Angel by Hinder or Here (in your arms) by Hellogoodbye just choose songs that sound good to you and make you want to do something like if you have a song that you and your mom have a memorie to thats always good!

I know it sounds funky. But try Fergalicious by Fergie. Shake is a good one too.
