If it's a roast I prefer Prime rib or Sirloin tip. Sirloin tip makes better gravy than prime rib for mashed potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. We usually have baked potatoes with Prime rib. Horseradish is a must for either.
If it's a steak I'm after, I prefer Rib eye or Striploin, T-bone (porterhouse) is good when sharing a steak with the misses. I wonder if everyone knows that a T-bone is actually striploin and tenderloin with a bone between the two.

I like Porterhouse. Because then you get the benefit of NY strip on one side, and a whole chunk of tenderloin (filet mignon) on the other side. Plus the bone in the middle, which a lot of people will agree gives the steak an extra "something".

Of course nothing goes better with Hamburger Helper than a mound of the fattiest most un-lean meat you can buy.
