yes they can and so can the pets just make sure they love each other enuf!
1. Click bed and say RELAX for both
2. Then when they are in bed together click on one and it will say TRY FOR BABY and click it (may need to CUDDLE)
3. Listen for a lullaby and wah-lah they are now pregnant
4. wait 3 days and a baby will appear
PETS(MUST HAVE DOGHOUSE) they must also love eachother
1. Be on a Sim and click one pet (must have a girl and boy pet same species in the house) and click TRY FOR BABY WITH...
2. Click the one you want
3. The pets will then think about it and if they like the idea they will go to the cat house or dog house
4. Just like the Sims you will have to listen for a lullaby

it depends, for the computer? - and the pets or people. for the people- yes pets- yes, u have 2 click the pet and u can breed it.

Well, if it is for the PC yes like others, but if it is for PS2 Gamecube, or any other consle then no. (like the others) That is because for the consle versins there is no kids, babies, or teens.
