uuhhhh.... i dunno y but the yahoo thing sugested this catagorey. I'm 10 i dont have a wife nor a relationship i just wanted a meaning

It means ignored and not payed any attention to. Like you are ignoring or not caring about what someone wants or needs and you dont care either. Neglecting a child is wrong and abusive. Look the word up in the dictionary as well. It also means not taking responsibility for something that you should be responsible for and to do.

it depends what you mean bye neglect well..... if your talking about a toy then you just throw it out or dont play with it anymore... if your talking about a person then it means to leave someone out or talk trash about them behind there back
