I ate raw horse meat in Japan. It was delicious.

Its a bit like tender stuing steak...
I went on a school trip many years ago to Austria and seen the worst thing ever after having horse meat??
23 kids throwing up at the same time when someone asked this steak is really nice what is it???
the waiter said horse and the girls screamed and fainted and threw up every where.....
not nice at all but it was very funny to see..............

I have had horse sausages while working in France .... Didnt realise until they were eaten obviously full of bier and vin. They were kinda tough so I checked the pak now in the bin and yeah they were horse neigh Not v good

ate horse in germany (not a whole one) nice also ate dog in Hong Kong bit like red chicken meat

It can be be better than cattle steak; It was eaten in the U/K during the war along with wale meat;

P.S. Did you know the Americian indian used to eat them as well.

I have had it and was even sober when I ate it LOL. I thought it was quite good.
