Okay, first off your deck has 52 cards, the max you should have is 42, since it raises your chances of getting what you need.
Also, your deck has no theme, except for a few toons. I would suggest taking out everything i wrote out next to, and adding these:

3x Toon Table Of Contents
3x Thunder Dragon
Any other good toons you have.



Or, if you want, You could make it a basic deck. Ignore the outs, and instead take out all of the toon cards, Horus, flame sprite, marie, wave motion, creator, and the kaiser sea horses.

Add A zaborg or mobius if you have, a cyber dragon or 2, sakuretsu armors, widespread ruin, and some others in that category. If you want, you could look up Metagame.com, which explains some of these decks, etc.

As the deck is right now, i couldn't really rate it, but i'll give it a 2.5/10.

After some of the changes, it'd be an 8-8.5/10 for the toons, and 8.5-9.5 for the basic deck.

Umm, you don't even have monster reborn or trap hole? What kinda deck is that? And what's the point of having 3 Marie the fallen one's? Chances are, they're aren't even going to get into your hand for them to die in the graveyard to start leeching. Try putting seven tools in your deck, comes in handy and could turn the tables. Throw away Kaiser Seahorse (both of them) and like replace them with two 1800's (or 1900's) for some beginning play. Apprentice Magician is crap too, sorry, take those out and replace with 1800's. My advice is to make a beat down deck of 4 starred 18,19,and 21 hundreds. It's really useful for a fast victory. Take out the equips out of magic except United We Stand, Mage power, and Swords of revealing light,Dark Hole, and add Monster Reborn. Trap cards...keep em all and add trap hole and some other useful stuff that could kill upon summon.
