A racist is anyone, of any race, who categorizes every person of another race as being the same (i.e all Middle Easterners are terrorists, all Blacks are violent, all Whites have no rythym, etc) or makes decisions or judgements about someone due solely on their race.

A dislike of the way they percieve another race - whether or not that perception is gained by dealing with that race or not.

They prefer people based on race. That would include what is usually seen as racism, as well as Affirmative Action.

Reality.
Those who believe that everyone is the same, deny reality.
Look around you. Are there groups of people who behave differently than other groups? Yes there are.
And if you accept this reality, and you speak about, you are labelled a racist.
