I have used permanent markers on my CDs, and they turned out fine! I think they were Sharpies, but I could have used a cheaper brand.

For some albums with advisories, a clean version would be released, yet Walmart isn't on top of problems with that! maximum possibly, it somewhat is the record label who makes a decision to launch an edited version and the enhancing could be finished possibly via a producer in any studio accessible. in spite of the indisputable fact that, i've got faith that Walmart would not promote CD's with advisories. because of the fact they're the biggest distributor of music interior the international, i'm thinking that this isn't a foul element!
