Hi. The largest advantage that Hubble has is being above the distorting atmosphere, so the images are very clear. The mirror is about 90" in diameter. "Hubble is 13.2 meters (43.5 ft.) long and its maximum diameter is 4.2 meters (14 ft.) It is about the size of a large tractor-trailer truck." http://hubble.nasa.gov/index.php

Dear Question Asker:

If you do not wish to receive site addresses, I can assume that
what you desire is for me to write your class paper assignment
for you. That I will not do. That is cheating. You must go to the sites, read and understand the information there, then explain what you have learned from the sites in the required 500 words.
If you do not attempt to do this on your own, you will never be able to write with confidence and self assurance. That is a talent
that is learned not copied from others.

I will be pleased to assist you with any problem, or question you might have and are unable to locate sufficient information to fully understand, or comprehend. I am sorry, but I will not do your job (homework or project assignment) for you. You must take the first step yourself.
