.I play alot of basketball, my MCL and LCL are really hurting, what do I do? I alreday tried the R.I.C.E treatment for the Knee and it doesn't help.

You may have a deficit in your training. This often occurs in the muscles around the hip = they are having trouble controlling that end of the thigh bone, so the other end of it is not put in the right place for your knee to function properly.

Go to APTA.org, click on "find a PT", and search your home area for a specialist in either orthopedic or sports PT (OCS or SCS after their name). They will be able to help you to get to the bottom of this problem, and to help you train to correct it.
