would you rather have Adrian Peterson (the bears one)??

he shows he can be good sometimes, but the only problem is that he has a bad work ethic, which prevents him from improving much as a player. so if he fixes his work habits he can be a great HB, if not he just going to play at the same level for the rest of his carrer.

The Bears were stupid to let Thomas Jones go. Jones clearly was a better back than Benson. He are the negetives w/ Benson....
1) Durabilty - He has been seriously injured twice in 2 years in a limited role. He has a running style that increases your chance of injury (creates contact, instead of avoiding it). Now with his work load increasing coupled w/ his running style and history I dont see him staying healthy.
2) Bad Attitude- He held out as a rookie. Last year he left a game and got dressed before the game was over (and he wasnt injured). This caused friction w/ his teamates.
3) Visions - He doesnt always find the right hole and unecessarly runs into traffic.
4) Blocking & Catching - Below average in both.
The Bears will regret this move. Trust me.

He's good n he will start over Peterson no doubt at all...they shoulda kept Jones that guy was great fer them...no doubt he'll find success in New York but the Bears are goin on quite the downward spiral right now

Chicago is stupid Cedric Benson hasn't proved anything. They sure have a lot of faith in him. At least Jones has proven he could get them to the big game because we all know Rex Grossmen can't handle the big game pressure.

Ced has his moments but they have been few and far between. I think he is kind of soft. He needs to suck it up and show he can take the punishment. I think Adrian is a much better all around back then Ced.
