Theres not a lot you really can do. Buy an ovulation predictor kit if you really want to try. I think they're pricey though. Also, try having sex during your ovulation time-14 days after your lmp. My friend has also been trying, and she started doing the every second day methood this month, so hopefully its the month for her.
Honestly the best way to try is to not stress about it. It seems the harder you try, the harder it is to get prengnant. My boyfriend and I were planning on starting the next month, and I got pregnant the month before lol, but saying that is like saying 'try not to think about dogs' right? Once its in your head its hard not to think about it while you're having sex. All I can say is that if you're young, there is probably nothing wrong and the best thing you can do is relax and have stress free sex and enjoy it :)
Best of luck to you!

Take a deep breath and relax..........unless you have been trying for over 2 years there's no need to worry. It's a fact that worry/stress seems to interrupt normal functions when it comes to fertility.

How long have you been trying? You need to start by seeing your OB/GYN. He or she can point you in the right direction
