Well either way thats not true it's how they say an old wives tale there are conditions that could keep you from ever becomig pregnant but even then a doctor would have to be the one to make that judgement same thing with if you are pregnant or not the doctor would syill have to finalize it unless you were like 8 months and your belly was huge then you would know yourself LOL but besides that no I hope I answered your question

No Theres no way you can tell if and when your going to get pregnant .. Yes theres tests you can do to see when your ovualating but even then it doesnt mean your going to fall pregnant .. If you have unprotected sex around your ovualation then theres a greater chance you'll become pregnant but its not 100% .. Every women is different, some can get pregnant easy others it takes years!
