Is there a way that i can upgrade Flash Player for my PSP.?

I wanted to upgrade the Flash Player for my PSP to view videos. And it have to be version 8.

Just run a PSP update. That usually updates everything on your PSP to some extent.

Note that if you want to homebrew a PSP, it's better to load the newest homebrew on your computer, then to your PSP rather than having your PSP update itself (or have the computer update it) to the official Sony version. However, if you don't care about homebrew, you shouldn't care about that
