It happened to me too. As for the tired part the worst is the first and third trimester, in fact, was more tired in the first. I would sleep 8 hours and then still nap during the day. Your body is working at its hardest right now helping to create your baby's life support system and the placenta. At a resting state your body is presently working as hard as someone climbing a mountain. You should be tired. Congrats to you.

Wow girl...share some of those Fs with me. I was a little A and now am a C at 39.5 weeks pregnant. I know my sister increased boob size quite quickly in her pregnancy, but at 5 weeks...that is insane. Things to happen faster with twins, so I hear as a friend just delivered twins a few days ago. However, your fatigue is crazy too. Your iron levels might be a bit low. Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet and consuming enough protein and iron sources. I had to take a supplement at about 15 weeks since I could barely move off the couch. I would ask your doc for to test your hemoglobin and iron stores just to see if you need to supplement...If you do need to take iron supplements, you can join the constipation group!!

I'm not sure about the technical answer but I know I was most tired in the beginning of my first trimester, got a little more energy beginning of second, and now in third can barely be doing something for more than 2 hours without dying of exhaustion.
About the bra.. I don't know... mostly I know about getting a lot bigger towards the end.. I am personally still in the same size bra as pre-pregnancy, but they look bigger and feel bigger. I have also had to buy several new bras just because they feel too uncomfortable.

The fatigue and bra size change in the first couple of weeks, it's all normal. Exhausting, but normal. Even though it's just the beginning, your body is already using so much energy to create this child and is preparing for even bigger things. Take a nap or two during the day and make sure you're eating more than just meals throughout the day. Congrats!

Both of these things are normal and not necessarily indicative of twins. The tiredness should pass in a few weeks but may linger throughout your pregnancy. It means you need to rest more. Try eating a little more (a little extra sugar or fat won't be too bad) and it may help you to make it a little longer, but don't push it. Especially with the first, the breast seems to swell like it was inflatable. Wear a good-fitiing bra with lots of support. Its probably not twins but you won't know until you get closer to 20 weeks anyway. Take good care of yourself. Congrats.

Ahhh, yes...first trimester! Your body is going through a million changes in you right now and your body is working 24/7 in hyperdrive. You need the rest whenever you can get it. Do not feel guilty about taking naps whenever you can. The good thing is that it gets better (normally the secod trimester). I have no idea on twins...never had them.

It happened really quickly for me too and I did not have twins. Everyone's body reacts to pregnancy differently. And in regards to the exhaustion...you have to remember. Your body is trying to build another human being. It's a lot of work and you're going to be very tired. Make sure you rest.

Rising progesterone levels will make you very, very, very tired.
I don't know about the twin pregnancy thing, since i never had twins, but some women say everything happens faster.
