that's break and yes, it could still leak out the opening (its like a sock) at the top or it could have a pin hole(remember you cant see sperm its so small). that's why its recommended that a spermicide be used in conjunction with condom use. only abstinence is 100%

It's possible, but if you used the condom correctly there's a very slight chance. As long as his penis never touched the outside of the condom before he put it on and entered you, chances are you won't get pregnant.

a condom provides a high rate of contraception aganst pregnancy... 99% of the time... the causes of failure include but are not limited to

1. leakage ( poor fitting or loose condoms )
2. pre-orgasmic ejaculation ( unless condom is worn during forelplay )
3. minute defects in material

Yep. It is rare, but definately possible. You dont know if the condom didnt break unless you looked at it under a microscope to make sure there werent any small holes in it. Anything is possible.

It shouldn't happen....but the condom is usually put on just before the actual penetration. If the penis was anywhere near the vagina and semen was coming from it, pregnancy can take place without penetration.

It is possible, but condoms, if used correctly, are like 99.99% effective.

Condoms do have a very small percentage failure rate, but in general you should be fine.

Yes because it is not 100% effective. But relax, it probably did it's job. You may be better off using something else.
