Why am I always hot? ever since I was little...I've felt warm, and I get hot way more than other people and sometimes it makes me feel sick...I think it might be a blood surgar thing. but the funny part is my temp is much lower than normal...usually 95 or 96

Are you drinking enough water?
You know most women I know are always complaining about how they're always cold especially in the office with the air conditioning.

How is your blood pressure? Sometimes people with high blood pressure can experience the feeling of being hot more. They can get flushed easily and even sweat. If that is OK you may just have a good blood flow. Also your hormones can kick of a reaction that makes you hot as well.
When i was pregnant with my first bubs i was extremely hot all the time because of the increased blood flow

you may not aweat as much as most people
sweat helps to cool you in the heat
hormonal changes also contribute to being hot
