You might be eating things that are leaving you with too high of blood sugar - in other words - diabetes. I have been struggling with the symptoms you mentioned for the last ten years - finally obtained some health insurance - got a blood sugar test kit. Found out that candy, pop, pasta, and cereal was causing me to be so tired. I replaced those foods with more sandwiches (I used to eat pasta and cereal as quick grab-n-go foods) with protein like PB&J and turkey and chicken. Just those changes helped my energy levels a LOT. It was hard to give up candy, because I am always on the go, but the trade off is well worth it because it wasn't getting better, it was just getting worse as I got older! Currently I am 28, and pregnant with my first baby - that's when it really started to get to the point where I had to do something about high blood sugar. Good luck!

No 10 is a generous number of hours, but not so much that it would make you sleepier. You would have awakened naturally if you'd reached your limit sooner. maybe something else could be going on. The weather in March does tend to have that effect on a LOT of people. It's just that we're coming out of Hybernation mode. It's normal. Other factors can include: thyroid imbalance, pregnancy, depression, low blood sugar, low blood pressure, low iron (anemia) and many more possibilities. If it doesn't get better in a few weeks, see a doctor and have blood work done. It's probably nothing, but if it persists why take a chance?

The question is, why are you sleeping so much and why are you so tired? Do you suffer from anemia? Is there some other medical condition contributing to your lack of energy? Do you suffer from depression? A thyroid condition? I don't recommend holistic remedies be applied until a diagnosis is made just as I wouldn't recommend medications without first knowing what you are taking them for.

Absolutely. Ur brain is only designed to sleep for 7-8 hrs a night, and peak performance has been scientifically proven to be from that same amount of sleep. Any more or severely less and ur going to be sluggish.

When you sleep too much on a regular basis, you begin to feel more lethargic when you are awake. Or your body could be fighting something and need the rest, or you may be showing signs of a sleeping disorder. If the problem continues for more then a week then I would see a doctor.

You may have a mineral deficiency and toxic overload.
Research has shown that the nutrients in the food we eat are not as high as we would expect. Many people are not aware of the harmful ingredients in our personal care products like shampoo, toothpaste, shower gels etc.
I am aligned with an international research and development company that, for the past 20 years, has been providing people around the world with herbal formulas that synergistically work with the body so it can work at peak performance. They also manufacture safe, toxin free personal care and many other products.
If you would like to find out more about this company and how you can directly access their products, you may email me directly at leanne27@aapt.net.au

Yes, it can. It may not be purely physical, these symptoms may be signs of an emotional/spiritual imbalance.
Chronic fatigue and lack of motivation could be signs of a clinical depression. I would recommend visiting an acupuncture clinic. There is documented evidence that acupuncture & herbal supplements can help correct this imbalance.
