It has to be at least 10 days for it to read positive. Sorry, you will have to wait.

You can take an early response test (First Response is one but there are many to choose from) up to 5 days before your period is due. It is more accurate if you take the test with first morning urine. But remember, if you get a negative on an early results test of any kind then don't get your period as normal it may have been to early to test. False negative (test says no but actually pregnant) are fairly common in the tests you take before your period is due. Best Wishes!

You should wait until you are expected to have your period. Once you miss your period, then you can take a HPT...not necessarily 2 weeks after sex. FYI, sometimes you can be pregnant and it won't show up as positive on the HPT until about 7-10 days AFTER YOUR MISSED EXPECTED PERIOD. This happened to me. Oh..use the first urine sample of the day as it is more concentrated. Good luck to you.

your better off going to a DR.s clinic to get a urin test or blood test than going by that because, just on the news there was a call back on pregnancy tests cause some times they are wrong

FORGET the home test. You need to go to your local clinic and get a blood test. That's the only way to know. Good luck:)
