How are we supposed to help you? The only thing I can recommend is that you get a Dell, and forget about Vista. XP is fine.

I'm not sure asking for money over the internet is the wisest thing to do.
I'm hoping you'd know this, but don't give out your address, phone number or any personal information.
Anyway.
If this is just asking advice on how to earn money, I'd really suggest talking it over with your parents. They'll know quite a few ways you can get some pretty fast, even if it does mean you'll be doing chores around the house for a while.
At 12, most decent-paying jobs aren't going to be open to you. That doesn't mean you can't look into certain jobs, though - there's a few out there that'll hire younger kids, as long as they prove themselves to be responsible and willing to put in hard work,
Just be open to anything that can earn you money, and don't be afraid to take chances asking if you can help around the neighborhood, school, local stores for money. When asking, be mature and look put-together, and adults will be far more likely to hire you. Best of luck!

the best way to make money when your 12 or something is go down to the junk yard and collect old electrical stuff and fix them. most of them only need little repair. But i dont know if you have expirence with electronics and if you get such a junk yard where ever you live

Save up. Get a job. That was how I made money. Since your 12, doing yard work might be your only option like it was mine. Also check out your thrift stores.

I am 12 and u could have a yard sell or get a small job like work @ a cd store thats what i did now i am on my laptop!!!!! LOL

Mow lawns, tutor someone, babysit kids, deliver groceries to old people, deliver newspapers. Beg your parents for a raise in allowance. That's about all I've got for you kid.
