I'm writing an essay about scandals in literature and I read A Clockwork Orange because it seems to me that it is quite scandalous... anyway what I need is for example some newspaper extract commenting the book or the film, some reviews etc.

Actually, most of the scandal I know of surrounding ACO had to do with the film, not the book.

Most famously, and surprisingly (to me, at least), the book was banned in England until early on in the new millenium.

There's some information on that here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Clockwork_Orange_%28film%29#Responses_and_controversy but I'm not sure how helpful that is to you. There are more links at the bottom of that page that may interest you, though.

In fact, this one looks really good: http://www.tabula-rasa.info/Horror/ClockworkOrangeFiles.html

Oops, sorry, that's all.... I found the old lady's death scene online again, now I have to go watch it!

Go to the library and get some comtemporary newspaper and magazine articles. You can also check with the ALA's Office of Intellectual Freedom and see if they have any info about it being banned or challenged (www.ala.org).
