What does it mean when someone tells you that you "carry yourself really well?" Could people give me their own definition of what that might mean?

That means that you have poise, charm and give a great first impression.

On the other hand if you're very overweight it could be that they're saying you don't walk like a hippopotamus.

to me.. it means that you have good posture. such as the way you walk or stand.

it could also mean that you have self confidence (in a good way) like you dress appropriate and you feel good about yourself.

I'd say it is the one portrays themselves. Be that by their clothing, by their manner of speaking... by the body language they use... or all of the above.

It can also be by their mentality, how they approach people and items.

If someone says that to you... it is a compliment. It can also have sexual undertones.... .. I'm just sayin
