1)i have a new dell destop computer, but unfortunately there is frecuent pop up message told me that my computer's virtual memory is low and the computer need to be restart.So can you please tell me what should i need to do to solve this problem.
2)how or what should i need to do, if i want my computer to be operating much more faster?

What Cimic said was pretty smart. You can increase the Swap File, winders calls it a Page File, same thing.
Put the swap in its own sector or partition without any other programs or files.
You can always add Memory or a Vid/Graph card and get a little better performance.

That is a good site for windows. He also talks about BACKups, read that and you never lose data again.

You need to install more RAM. Windows is running out of RAM when you are doing something causing it to restart. Get more RAM and run a virus check or two to see if there is any viruses taking up RAM space and messing with your computer. However, if you can't invest in RAM right now, you can right click My Computer, Advanced, Performance Settings, Advanced, Change under Virtual Memory, and enter in a higher value of megs. Rule of thumb, the amount of this number should be 3x your RAM.

if its new it shouldn't b actin like that anyways some of this will help try uninstalling programs that use up process memory or whatever to many programs running all at once on a poop computer will cause that sluggish problem n that annoying virtual memory popup second thing i'd suggest it up ur virtual memory if you need to know how to do that use the windows help and support type increase virtual memory and press enter it'll explain it set by step for you :D
