What's the average height of an ollie and does height make a difference?

a good height is like 8 inches i do 12 but 8 is a pretty good average for beginners.

man people can ollie high as heck now and it dont make a diffrence if you can ollie high or not depending on what your trying to do...If you are trying to get over things like benches trash cans decks stacked up then yes you need to know who to ollie high so you can get over these objects but just for learning new tricks no height doesnt matter just aslong as you can ollie...With me i can get over a metal trash can standing straigh up and sometimes with a board or two on top but i can ollie high and always have been and the key thing is to lower your front foot down the board more so when you go to pop the ollie you have more room to drag the foot up and more power in your pop with your foot back more and makes it able for you to jump more higher...Hope this helps out some...

do em as high as you can. the higher the better cus its harder to get higher
