gandalfs is right (again!) Paul C has a point, up to a point. And mesmerize... if you are going to be pedantic, there should be a question mark at the end of your second sentence.
Why not swap them over? Get the Teletubbies to do some of the Top Gear tests? 3 of them could present the prog, while 1 replaces Stig. Then Clarkson, May & The Hamster could build their own (supercharged) noo-noos.
What d'ya think?

Infantile implies inappropriately childish : As Teletubbies are intended for infants they cannot be considered infantile.
As for Top Gear, well I think you've already made your mind up on that one haven't you!

My 5-year old son really likes Top Gear, and I quite enjoy Teletubbies ... does that answer your question?

Top Gear is by far the most brilliant piece of TV entertainment around today.
The Tellietubbies is just a rip off of a comedy sketch, taking the mickey out of Baby Jesus (I think it was the fast show).
Don't dis Top Gear, or I'll call you a ****...
