all my life people thought like "hey, why do eat so much n nt gain weight!".

so HELP pleasseee.. my close ones are starting to drop hints like "dont u find this tshirt too small on u?" and i got it. i'm 1.58m and i weigh 53kg I KNOW THATS HEAAVVYY. i was 46kg ONCE!!

SO i need the most unhealthy way ever of losing the fats FAST!! girls.. i know abt those crash diets and all that, i do not care if its really bad for ur health.. pass it on pls.

its not just abt how my height n weight click now.. its the ..u know FATS, extra stuffing in ur tummy area, my tummy is BIG. and thanks for all the little tips =)

Unfortunately crash diets dont work, you will either stay fat or get fatter...or even if you do lose a little weight, it'll just come right back once you stop. Here's why it doesnt work: A fast metabolism is what burns fat, food is what keeps a metabolism running, and when you only eat a few foods, the few foods that you do eat will turn into even more fat cells than before, because your metabolism is going into starvation mode, so it stores more fat.
The key to losing weight is to eat a lot of food to keep your metabolism up, but eat HEALTHY food that wont get stored as fat.
Unfortunately, you cant be lazy if you want to be skinny. Thats why lazy people are fat.
You need 40 minutes of exercise a day...a jog...tredmill..whatever to lose weight, 30 mins to maintain weight once youve lost the weight. And you need to eat A LOT of healthy food..veggies...fruits..only lean meat like chicken and salmon and A LOT of water..8 glasses a day will help you lose weight.

I used to be fat too, but now I'm skinny. Want me to tell you a secret? You have to do it for 3 weeks though. It's not that bad, well go to any store, well it has to have foods in it. Gather many veggies & then every day instead of eating the crap that made you soooo fat grind up some veggies into a juice & do not have ANY sugar at all while you are doing the diet it will make you starve and want to die. Then drink the fresh ground up veggie that you make juice out of and drink it. Do this for 3 weeks & don't buy any veggie juice that is all ready grounded up like V8. It really works, all of my family tried it & it's healthy & fast. In one day you can loose almost 16 Ibs!!!!!!!!!! Or more.

Sounds like you need to look after yourself and give your self-esteem a boost. Don't go along with anything that is bad for you - you'll just make it all worse. There's a good book out called "the truth about food." Crash diets don't work and they're really bad for your mental health. Get some proper support from your doctor.

Check out the South Beach Diet. It is healthy and it works! You just have to stick with it for at least 3 months. I used to be 140 lbs and now im 123 lbs for 3 years now. Trust me.

Low carb low fat!

Um...53 kg is 116 pounds.

Are you kidding?!

1) You're not fat. You're right where you need to be.
2) 46 kg is just over 100 pounds. Obviously you're growing.

You're not going to lose weight because you don't need to lose weight!!

you may be looking at anorexia as an option. but the truth is, youll be losing the weight, but then when you eat something youll store it, because your body will think you wont eat for a long time again. try to start burning more calories than you eat. maybe 2000 or 1500 calories a day then go to the gym to burn off 2500. that should work.

Eat lots of proteins, leafy veggies and drink lots of water and do ballet-like exercises. You don't even need to lose any weight. Your height and weight is excellent. Unless you like the anorexic look.
