Did they tell you that you had a tilted uterus before or after you got pregnant? Because, in most cases, your uterus will correct itself when you become pregnant. A nurse once told me that getting pregnant was the best cure for a tilted uterus.
I am 28 weeks and had a retro flexed uterus pre-pregnancy, but it corrected itself. The OB told me there was nothing to worry about...so I haven't.
So, *in my opinion* I do not believe they are related, the tightening could be braxton hicks contractions which is just your uterus way of practicing and is completely harmless when they are random. I get sharp pains all the time, so that's probably just growing pains, but its always a good idea to ask your OB about anything that concerns you.
Good luck! :)

A tilted uterus does not affect pregnancy. I have one and my doctor told me that while I was pregnant as my uterus grew it would move to the same place that a normal uterus is. As for your "contraction" you may want to ask your doctor about an "irritable uterus". It just means that your uterus is extra sensitive and reacts by contracting. If this is what the problem is don't worry because it doesn't cause pre term labor it's just annoying (for lack of a better word) I had my daughter 3 days before her due date - the labor isn't any worse than someone with a "normal" uterus!
This ? talks about irritable uterus

A retroverted uterus does not have an effect on pregnancy or an ability to carry to term. It's very common, and often rights itself during pregnancy.
The pangs you are having could be a variety of things, such as ligament pain from the uterus stretching and growing, or Braxton-Hicks contractions, which often occur early, but don't indicate labour. Good luck!

The tightening you felt was probably a contraction but i wouldn't worry too much - your belly is supposed to start doing that - it needs to practice and get in shape for the big day- you'll feel these more as you get closer to your due date. A tilted yterus usually means it's harder to get pregnant but since you already are I wouldn't worry about that part. And the sharp pain you felt may just have been gas- things are getting cramped in there- less room for everything to move around - including air!!! Good luck to you- try not to worry and enjoy the chance to rest.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

For starters, calm down. I know it's easier said than done but it's very important to stay calm. Not only for you but for your baby as well. I have had three children and with my last one my uterus was tilted. It made it a bit different from the other pregnancies but nothing bad. Just listen to your doctor & try to be paitent and calm. I will pray for you and your little one.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/171f0
