Okay, so first off, i need to get my splits. i am motivated to do whatever i need to do, for gymnastics they always make fun of me cause i can tumble so great but i cant do the splits. please tell me some good leg stretches and tell me what i should do to get my splits, please tell me how long it took you to get them and how you got them, please help!

stretch, like on steps, the more you stretch , then you will do the split.
or you could sit down with one leg straight and stretch the other out slowly
dont force it , let it come naturally and relax by breathin thru
belly button
splits are no big deal when you are young, but when you
get older you dont even do them anymore.

I used to do leg lifts sorta. Find a solid and STABLE surface a couple feet from the ground (at least above your leg, or it won't work). I used to do it with my sink...lol. Whatever helps you.

You put your leg up on the table, desk, sink, etc. Oh, and make sure your leg in up straight, then you can do it to the side.
Lift your leg up, and do it for a while. Make sure you're lifting up and down. I used to do it, and now I can do the splits. It stretched out your leg muscles.

Just get in position and go until it hurts...hold it for 30 seconds to 1 minute I did splits in less than a month

its going to take awhile, but you can do it!!!

1- try to go down as far as possible, till it kinda hurts, but not excrusiating pain. hold it for 30 seconds. then, sit on your butt, and point your toe straight, and touch your toes with both hands.holdd it.do ither leg, and repeat the next night. you will notice every day you can go down a little farther!

Well......I have to stretch for hockey. What i do is i lay on the ground my feet agents the wall and slide forward. Be careful though.(Also wear stretchy pants :>)

well i would say do streches and stuff. but the other side of me wants to be mean and say get laid so ur broken in. IM TOTALLY SRRY BUT I JUST HAD TO GET IF OFF MY CHEST. SOORRRYY
