Most herbalists would suggest a supplement of glucosamine chondrotin mixed with calcium and also add some evening primrose oil (capsule form) in order to help with any tendons, rheumatism or possible arthritis. Also a daily tea of feverfew can be helpful but time consuming.

Heated eucalyptus and yarrow oil. Mix eucalyptus oil and yarrow powder together in a carrier oil. Heat it in microwave for about 20 seconds and then rub in warm oil onto joints that are painful. It is also safe to do this to all joints everyday.
