I was wondering if you have problems with them harassing you?
Like my bill is due on the 1st of the month but past due on the 16th. and today I got a phone call saying it was a debt collector and I told them I'm not past due and on top of that NO LIE I just received my bill yesterday on the 6th and she told me that it's due on the 1st and I said well it's past due on the 16th and it's just the 7th and stop harassing me. Then I hung up on her. I freakin' hate them and I'm seriously thinking about refinancing and going with someone else. I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with them?

We used to have them but we refinanced with Washington Mutual. Countrywide's personnel are irritating.

They are not my lender, but I work in the mortgage industry. Countrywide will do this to you every single month, as will a few other lenders. It's annoying, but unfortunately, they have the right to do it.
