a good eyeliner w/out spending alot of $$ is 'wet-n-wild' . i used to spend mega bucks on this but learned from trial & error that this is the same as the more expensive brands.

SEPHORA They cost $4 each, Great price, n they are AWESOME. It doesn't smudge, n it goes on creamy, so it doesn't hurt like pencil, and it goes on smooth.
