Yes. We are supposed to have political differences. Debate is good. No political differences=tyranny.

I believe that the US is a great country militarily, but not as a model social structure, as, even though we are very diverse and that is what IS so great about our land, it is the majority of Christians which makes it a terrible place for the diverse in the first place...if everyone became logical and atheist/buddhist, then we could all live in harmony and still be incredibly diverse, but not the way we live now - we might have money (or lack thereof) and bombs, but we definitely don't know how to be accepting, universal, open-minded, or exploratory as a culture, which, by the way, is nonexistent.

Even though this country is free, and has the best chance for education. Think about how long that will last. The generation coming up seems to not be as serious about education. So who will be doctors, police, etc... in the future that is. I had a teacher who said she was going to leave America because she does not trust the upcoming generation to be political leaders and etc. Look at our president now. He has no common sense, and he is only in this for himself, not America. So just giving ya somethin' ta think about. (personally I think america has a doomed future).... Well Bye bye.

Well.... I wouldn't say that for sure because look how Japan has taken over us, yeah we got the money but rite now we are doing poor investments which wouldn't lead to great country, like look how America is helping Iran help rebuild while their own country needs them the most, like bridges or public libraries. Japan is all over the place cars, electronics, their flat Sony screens. I mean C'mon PS3! that takes a real genius wit extreme graphics.Basically what I'm trying to say is that Japan has taken over us economically. and u.s is till not good because politically its wat keeping Dem up from going down. They need their sources.

The greatness of our country does not depend upon whether or not the people agree with each others' politics.

ABSOLUTELY. If this wasn't a great country then millions of people wouldn't risk their lives every year trying to get here. We might have our issues and our problems, but all in all this is STILL the best country in the world to live in.
