I have a problem with my roof it may have a hole and the birds are getting in. Th e tenets are all onwers no councial and half are privet renter. No one is willing to pay for the roof to get repaired Where could I go to get advice and to forse them all to pay. the advice burois no use and not answering their phones.Could anyone help me

So the birds are a problem, and you don't have a problem with rain getting in? If that is correct then that is good. Buy some screen or wire mesh....find your hole and nail or screw the screen or mesh over the hole. Problem fixed. Best of luck to you.
