What is the smallest, lowest video format to make an edited movie smaller than 100MB?

I have this movie and I want to upload it to youtube, and I have this video convertor that will convert the movie to avi, mpeg, wmv, etc but I dont know which format to use to drop the MB's? Presently the movie is 9 minutes and 190mbs.

Oh, that isn't so bad. I had a 2 minute, 15 second movie. It was 486.4 MB, Quicktime. I converted it to MPEG-4. It became 6 MB. I don't have much experience converting movies into different formats, but I suggest trying MPEG-4.
