Who is best?

Journey is overall the best - as mentioned earlier no one can touch the vocals of Steve Perry (throw in Neal Schon on guitar and whoa!!).
I think Foreigner showed a broader range in musical style but again Journey is the best of these.

I'm a Foreigner fan, through and through.
My first experience with Foreigner was when I was a kid. I was watching Star Search, and asked my mom what the song was in the background of one of the model's segments. Turns out it was "Cold as Ice" by Foreigner. The very next day, I was the proud owner of "Records". While the other two groups are good (I'd rank Journey second, with Survivor a distant third), nothing has come close to Foreigner in my opinion. "Records" is still one of my favorite CDs.

IM not sure why you would put Survivor in the same catagory as Foreigner or Journey. Journey is best on killer rock ballades, while Foreigner rocks out. Survivor? Wannabees.

My personal choice would be Journey. But Foreigner is also really good. I don't think much of Survivor.

don't know anything about Foreigner; Journey was okay, but I liked Survivor's songs better

Steve Perry lead vocalist of Foreigner...now THAT would be cool!

journey by far. steve perry has the best overall voice, and the band is still good to listen to even now.
