My best friend Kristina has always been there for me. Shes truly amazing. Shes been there through everything I've needed and shes listened to me. Im really grateful. She is my absolute best friend. I completly trust her. I want to do something to show her how much she means to me. What should i do?

Something I did once for one of my best friends was to put together a bunch of pictures of us together at different times in our lives..and I wrote a poem to go with it. She really loved it and every time we look at the pictures we remember all the great times we had. They say "a picture is worth a thousand words"....

I'd go out and buy up some crafting stuff to make something for her. Something that is going to take time and effort is better.
People forget these days that making something is truly showing your heart. throw some stuff together in a hurry and it's noticeably worthless, but taking time and effort to make something special for someone you love brings joy to anyone.

-take her to a relaxing day at the spa
-invite her over and cook her favorite dinner (or take her out)
-plan a vacation together
-write her a letter telling her how much you appreciate her
It sounds like you have a great friendship... the best way to pay her back is with continued friendship. :)
