am an international student from Tanzania,want to take pre-medicine,which universities in US are good for me?

depends on your grades.

i believe the top medical schools are Harvard, and John Hopkins. but i am not sure what is best for pre-med.

Whichever ones will accept you. it is tough for US citizens to get into US Medical schools; I wish you well.
