When was the last slave freed?

I don't need the date that the Emancipation proclamation was issued but the date the last slave owner followed it.

I don't mean when the Emancipation proclamation was issued i mean when the last slave went free from a plantation. I've only been able to find the oldest slave so far.

US Grant took office in 1869, he was told by congress that he would be impeached if he did not free his wife's slaves.
