Don't be silly, of course not. That is copyrighted material. You could try to buy use of the name. Contact the owner of the name. I wouldn't bet on it.

No, to use someone else's copyrighted work (the character's name) for your own gain without permission is illegal. If they find out about it, they could sue you not only to stop using the name, but for all profits made while using their copyrighted material. If it is that important to use that name, you should contact the company the character belongs to and ask about licensing the name.

Yes it is.

But you would have to contact the owner to see if you can use said character. Which they will ask you a ton of question, sign many documents/waivers, and then you will still have to pay royalties.

Or you can just do it and just hope you don't get caught, and get sued for trademark infringement, and many other ridiculous things.

I assume it's not unless that character name is also your legal name.

If it's popular they normally copyrighted or patented. Just avoid legal issues.

you can use any name you want as long as it is not copy writed or already Incorporated , however if your just starting out you would be wise to use your name for allot of reason , the first being tax related
