My all time best is 7........ but on a normal day it's just once.

The most I have done it is about 3, but there isn't really a limit to how many times u can do it, besides becoming sore and not getting an erection anymore.

as many times as you want ..
but sometimes you can pull a muscle if you do it alot one day and your body isn't used to it :) lol
yeh folks , speaking from experience ( about 8 times that day.. really good DVD )
