One word: ice. Or at least a cold, damp towel. Place this on before you pluck and it will numb things a bit.
You could also try using a warm, damp towel, as it opens up your pores a bit. However, it will not numb things and is a bit MORE painful for some people--less for others.

Consider having your brows waxed professionally to get exactly the shape you want. You can then tweeze the strays as they grow in.

There are other ways for removing hair other than plucking them. I am sure your pharmacy will tell you about one such cream.

well try to use some medicine or go to the dermatologist because it isnt normal.
