Sounds like its gone but if i were you I would do a complete virus scan of entire system to be sure. There are some good free downloadable anti virus programs out there. Let me know how you make out if you want to.

I would say it is probably still there. Don't forget when you restore your Pc you always have the option of undoing that restore which is possible because the data is still held.
You need to clear your system restore cache, however, before you do I would advise 2 things:
1) Run an antimalware program, you can get a free one here: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-spyware-free
Let it do a full system scan and when finished look carefully at the results of the scan which you are given.
If you find reference to the trojan take note if the place where it is residing. Delete all the rubbish that is found from within the AVG program. Reboot.

On re-boot keep tapping the F8 key until the window comes up with a list of boot options, "Start windows normally" will be highlighted. Using your up arrow key select Safe Mode and hit enter.
You will be asked a couple of questions whilst booting just agree.
Don't be alarmed when your system starts and the screen looks funny it is just your graphics driver which will not have loaded.
Run AVG Again and delete any rubbish found from within AVG.

2. You need to clear your system restore cache but you need to be as sure as you can be that you have cleaned up first as this action will prevent you from restoring back beyond todays date. You will however be able to restart the system restore and start gathering clean restore points from now on.

When you have finished in safe mode, reboot.
Run AVG again to make sure all is clear. If a copy of the trojan is in your system restore cahe it will keep being found.
Once again delete any thing found.

To clear system restore:
Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties"
On the system properties screen select the System Resore tab and put a tick in the box that says "Turn off system restore"

Re boot.
Run AVG once again to ensure all is clean. If it is you can re-engage the system restore.
Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties"
select the system restore tab and clear the tick from the box you placed there earlier.

Now create a new system restore point:
Start > all programs> accessories> system tools> system restore. When the screen comes up put a dot in the box that says "create a restore point and hit next.
You get the option here to enter text, Put in something like "after virus removal" and hit next to create a restore point.
Hopefully now you should all be disinfected with a clean restore point to go back to.
Your system will gather further restore points as it collects system checkpoints and when you are installing and uninstalling programs.
I know that all seems a bit lengthy but you need to be sure.
Hope this helps.

You had had to do something more before restoring, there's always a second chance, don't forget it.
