Yes this name is totally unique from other's names. A name is a typical recognition for a man. When the name itslef is a unique one, then the entire man stands alone whenever he is in a group or gathering. So totally your name is awesome.

Are you pronouncing it mar-IH-tza or mar-EE-tza?
I like the second pronunciation but not the first. Mar-IH-tza sounds too much like Marissa.
