MY WIFE FILE FOR AN ORDER OF PROTECTION AGAINS ME BUT SHE LIED,EVERYTHING SHE SAID ON THE PAPER WAS A LIE AND NOW MY KIDS AND I ARE SUFFERING FROM IT COUSE I CAN'T SEE THEM UNTIL THE COURT DAY I HAVE ASK AROUND JACKSONVILLE IL AND NOONE CAN HELP ME'I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF MONEY SO I CAN'T GET A LAWYER I HAD THE KIDS,UNTIL TODAY,FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON TILL FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND SHE HAD THEM ON WEEKENDS SHE IS UNSTABLE DOESN'T HAVE A JOB,WHEN WE WERE TOGETHER SHE HAD A LOT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL PROBLEMS SHE ACCUSES ME OF HITTING HER AND I HAD NEVER PUT MY HANDS ON A WOMAN IN A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER MY KIDS ARE NOT WITH ME AND THATS HURTING ME A LOT,I TALK TO THE COPS AND THEY SAY THAT SHE CAN CONTAC ME IF SHE WANTED BUT I CAN'T CONTAC HER OR THE KIDS, ALSO HER BOYFRIEND HAS AN ANGER PROBLEM HE BEATS ON HIS 3 YEAR OLD, I LOOKED ON THE COMPUTER THAT SHE GAVE ME FOR FILES AND I SAW 1 THAT SAYS IT,ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING THAT CAN HELP ME PLEASE I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT THANKS JOSE MEDINA .

Get help ,now ,and don't say you dont have a lot of money to get a lawyer.
Get one now and hock everything you got. and get a guardian protection order against her boyfriend if you got proof, the get one its easy.
But don't blow the line "I got no money", find some and use it for lawyer.
All you have to fdo is prove that she;s unbalanced and you sane.

I agree with the guardian protection order. In the meantime of trying to come up with the money for an attorney, take some positive steps for your case. Document everything! Print copies up of things you find on the internet or ?? on the bf. Think back and write down examples, time periods, of her unstableness, health issues, medications. Write down when you have had the children, for how long, what you did during their visits. Any contact that she has with you, write it down. Do not be confrontational, harassing, or anything other than a perfectly calm, responsible, caring father. Keep your job, keep working, keep paying bills, show that you have the stability to handle having the children full time. Even if you have nothing to sell, or anyone to borrow from, to come up with attorney fees, do your own research, be very organized, and be the best example of what a good father looks like.

just went thru this with ex , she filed twice first time she didn't show and was thrown out, second time lawyer caught her in two lies that her kids (we werent married but together for 16 years) testified exact opposite of her. so judge threw that out too, you really need a lawyer, talk with them get a payment plan , check online for lawyers that help underprivledged, try anthing, if not take all evidence you can against her new bf , and her. document everything that happens, and yes with the order she can contact you , but you cant her IF that box is checked on the order read it carefully. if box isnt checked it doesnt apply. best of all good luck.
