No. I actually discussed this matter which my periodontist a few months ago, but he talked me out of it. I'm not a dental expert but the way I understand is that the pink spikes would promote additional bacteria growth under the gum line and the resulting infection would cause the disattachment of the spikes from the gumline. Basically, they'd just fall right out.

Would you like to know what he recommended instead? The teeth of deceased cows. Evidentally, they are similar enough to human teeth that they will affix themselves into place permanently. That's the route I'm going to take. The dental hygienist assured me that it's the next big thing, anyway.

And smile -- no matter kind of teeth you choose!
