Drink lots of water. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Leaner meats. Smaller portions. Exercise to build up muscle.

eat lots of vegetables, salads, fruits and protein (meat, dairy product). avoid starch (potatoes, corn, etc), carbs like bread, pasta, etc, and sugars. look at the portions that you eat, and drink lots of water.

salads and fruit ,lowfat yogurt ,lean protein ,low fat cottage cheese , ground turkey , wheat bread ,raisin bran 2%milk drink plenty water , vegs

cut back on sugar and high salty and fatty food

exercise......go walking!
